About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing and CRM Manager to join our team at Muc-Off, a leading supplier of specialist cycling cleaning and maintenance products in the UK. As a key member of our digital team, you will be responsible for driving traffic and growth across our digital marketing channels, including performance marketing, email marketing, and CRM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a global digital CRM strategy to reduce acquisition costs and maximize customer engagement
  • Create database-building campaigns and work closely with our marketing department to drive growth
  • Implement regional and category segmentation for our consumer database and develop compelling automations based on data patterns
  • Manage our performance marketing agency, setting targets and scrutinizing the performance of our paid channels, including Meta, Google, TikTok, and Microsoft
  • Lead and report on SEO activities globally, exploiting long-term opportunities via onsite optimization and close collaboration with our PR team for outreach activity
  • Identify and implement new and emerging digital revenue streams, such as TikTok shop, social commerce, and subscriptions
  • Oversee digital creative ads, from top-of-funnel YouTube to Meta re-targeting creatives, and set briefs for design and content teams
  • Lead the running of our community-loyalty program, helping our fans create compelling user-generated content and working it back into outreach ads
  • Create compelling reporting using GA and Shopify reports that is informative and actionable
  • Lead and conduct experiments to enrich our knowledge through data, including email marketing creatives, PPC ad copy, and Instagram Reel creative
  • Work closely with the Digital Experience manager to craft market-leading end-to-end experiences representing the brand at all touchpoints
Requirements
  • University degree or equivalent
  • Digital leadership experience from strategy to people
  • Expert knowledge of consumer CRM and email marketing strategies, including automations or flows
  • Experience in Shopify plus or similar platforms
  • Experience of product and service launches and management
  • Experience building and scaling a team to meet global demand
  • Very strong digital marketing knowledge from SEO to PPC and UGC to CRM
  • A D2C pioneer with retail experience
  • Proven experience leading on-site SEO initiatives, ultimately building a strategy and reporting on success
  • Expert knowledge of Google ads, merchant center, GA4
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact at all levels of the business
  • Experience in content reporting, including KPI measurement and CRO recommendations
  • Experience running A/B experiments
  • Expert knowledge of the marketing funnel and ad creative design for the right audience at the right stage
