About the Role

Grosvenor Casinos is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Team Leader to join our team at the Didsbury venue. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for leading the Food and Beverage team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Food and Beverage team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Manager to develop and implement menus, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies.
  • Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews to ensure team members are aware of their responsibilities and goals.
  • Act as a role model and promote a positive and inclusive team culture.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or food service industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and health and safety standards.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
