Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Team Leader to assist in managing our vibrant dining establishment. This role is pivotal in ensuring our front-of-house operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hands-On Leadership: Actively engage with the team during peak service times, providing support and guidance.
  • Shift Management: Oversee shifts to guarantee that our patrons experience exceptional service, encouraging their return.
  • Team Development: Inspire, motivate, and nurture the team, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Staffing Coordination: Manage rosters to align with budgetary requirements and ensure adequate staffing levels.
  • Operational Oversight: Proactively manage daily operations within the department, ensuring everything runs seamlessly.
Role Requirements

This position demands a proactive individual who is comfortable taking a hands-on approach to service. Previous experience in a bustling, food-centric environment is essential, along with exposure to supervisory or managerial responsibilities.

Work Schedule

As our establishment operates throughout the day, flexibility in working hours is necessary.
