Job Description

Grosvenor Casinos is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Team Leader to join our team at Didsbury. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading the Food and Beverage team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead the Food and Beverage team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
    • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance team performance and productivity.
    • Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions to ensure team members are aware of their roles and responsibilities.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive a warm and welcoming experience, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations.
    • Monitor customer feedback and implement changes to improve customer satisfaction.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and retention.
  • Operations and Administration
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Food and Beverage department, including inventory management, stock control, and cash handling.
    • Ensure that all health and safety protocols are followed, and that the department is compliant with relevant legislation.
    • Manage the department's budget and ensure that all expenses are within approved limits.
  • Performance Management
    • Conduct regular performance reviews with team members to identify areas for improvement and provide coaching and development opportunities.
    • Develop and implement performance improvement plans to address underperformance.
    • Recognize and reward team members for outstanding performance and contributions to the team.
    Requirements
    • Proven experience in a Food and Beverage leadership role, preferably in a casino or hospitality environment.
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
    • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
