About Meli White House Hotel
Located near the serene Regents Park, Meli White House is a contemporary hotel that has been beautifully refurbished. Just a short stroll from the iconic shopping districts, our hotel is easily accessible via nearby underground stations.

Role Overview: Guest Service Line Agent
Objective: The Guest Service Line Agent is responsible for managing daily departmental operations, addressing all customer inquiries via telephone, and striving for excellence in guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement the customer service strategy through the designated telephone line, effectively handling all guest requests and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
- Enhance the customer experience by personalizing their stay, anticipating their needs, and surpassing their expectations.
- Communicate and promote hotel services and local offerings to customers over the phone, utilizing up-selling and cross-selling techniques to maximize additional revenue.
- Handle a significant volume of emails, prepare comprehensive reports, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Address customer incidents in accordance with established protocols.
- Utilize various departmental management tools to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Stay informed about customer feedback and adhere to improvement plans.
- Verify supply orders according to product guidelines to optimize resource management.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service abilities.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
- Excellent administrative skills are essential.
- Effective communication and problem-solving capabilities.
- Availability to work during nighttime hours.
