Surgical Sales Account Manager - Premium IOL's

Job Profile:

The main purpose of the Surgical Sales Account Manager - Premium IOL's is to provide high technical consultancy in assigned accounts across North England. The successful applicant will live in Manchester and work with our premium advanced technology Intraocular Lenses. You will be provided with a full training program and continuous coaching and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business with customers to achieve sales targets
  • Maintain and optimize existing relationships with key customers
  • Provide feedback on competitor activities in the field
  • Organize and coordinate local meetings on territory
  • Maintain an excellent company image

Requirements:

  • Proven field sales experience within Ophthalmology
  • Results-driven and highly resilient
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written)
  • University degree qualification or equivalent - preferred
  • Full UK Driving Licence
