Job Overview

We are seeking individuals who have completed an acute placement in an NHS Trust and are looking to start their career in a supportive and friendly environment.

Main Duties

The post holder will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating programs of patient care. They will work closely with the department/ward manager and multi-disciplinary team members to monitor and maintain policies, standards of nursing care, staff, and service development within the department/ward environment.
