Theatre Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Scrub Nurse to join our team at Leaders in Care. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art clinic, supporting consultants and the wider healthcare team to deliver various procedures in theatre.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality person-centred care to patients
- Undertake pre-and post-operative observations to ensure patient safety
- Assist with specialist procedures in the theatre room, working closely with the surgical team
- Contribute to the efficient running of the hospital, working collaboratively with all staff members
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RGN) or ODP Practitioner with a current NMC PIN or HCPC registration
- Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team and a passion for high-quality patient-centred care
- Quick thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure
