Position Overview

As a Product Strategy Intern, you will gain insights into how we tackle challenges across various departments to foster the firm's advancement in a highly competitive global landscape.

The Strategy and Product division operates at the crossroads of multiple teams, including Trading, Technology, Compliance, Finance, and Operations. This unique vantage point allows interns to observe the interconnections and interactions among all facets of the firm, providing a well-rounded understanding of our operations.

Throughout the internship, you will engage in real-time projects that merge strategic thinking with detailed analysis of data and documentation. Your responsibilities may include identifying and addressing inefficiencies, streamlining existing manual workflows, or incorporating new trade processes into our operational, regulatory, and technical frameworks. You will collaborate closely with various internal stakeholders to collect insights and feedback.

*This internship is a rebranding of the former Business Development and Tech PM Internships, designed to better represent the roles and responsibilities associated with the position.

Candidate Profile

We do not require a specific background in finance or any particular field; rather, we seek intelligent individuals who are passionate about solving complex problems. Your thought process and learning ability are more important to us than your current knowledge base. Ideal candidates should possess the following qualities:

  • Anticipating graduation in 2025
  • Desire to cultivate a diverse skill set, including data analysis and coding
  • Capability to assess processes and develop informed, actionable proposals, which you will lead from inception to completion
  • Dependable and courteous, with excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Willingness to ask questions, acknowledge errors, and continuously enhance your understanding
  • Experience in analytical thinking through systematic problem-solving, such as through STEM courses, prior work experience, or extracurricular activities
  • Fluency in English is mandatory
