Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Transformation Manager to lead and manage transformational projects within the manufacturing and greater business areas.

  • Drive change and process improvements within the greater business, leveraging data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to operations.
  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of transformational projects.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring project objectives are achieved and stakeholders are informed.
  • Provide training and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
The Ideal Candidate

A successful Business Transformation Manager should possess:

  • Proven experience in managing transformational projects within the FMCG industry, with a focus on food manufacturing.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and empower team members.
  • Data-driven problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset and ability to think critically.
  • A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field, with a strong understanding of business operations and process improvement.
