Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Business Transformation Manager to lead and manage transformational projects within our manufacturing and business areas. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving change and process improvements, with a strong focus on productivity and efficiency.

  • Lead and manage transformational projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency, ensuring project objectives are achieved on time and within budget.
  • Perform cost-modeling of various projects, identifying potential risks and bottlenecks to mitigate.
  • Communicate project progress and results to stakeholders, highlighting benefits and departmental budget requirements.
  • Provide training and support to team members, leading and mentoring a team of four to oversee their career growth.
The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Transformation Manager should possess:

  • Food or Beverage Manufacturing experience, with a degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing transformational projects within the FMCG industry, with a strong focus on leadership and team management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to get 'buy-in' from various executives and team leaders.
  • Data-driven problem-solving, with an inquisitive aptitude and strategic thinking.
  • Experience with project management from full life-cycle, concept/pitching to full delivery/commercialization.
