Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Transformation Manager to lead and manage transformational projects within the manufacturing and greater business areas. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with teams across business departments, with a greater focus on Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering & Manufacturing departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive change and process improvements within the greater business.
  • Implement strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency, mapping out project life cycles from concept/pitch to completion.
  • Perform cost-modeling of various projects.
  • Using data, identify potential risks and bottleneck issues of projects prior to pitching, assisting with the project pitches.
  • Ensure project objectives are achieved on time and within budget.
  • Communicate project progress and results to stakeholders; communicate project benefits and necessary department budgets to various department heads.
  • Identify potential risks and devise mitigation strategies.
  • Provide training and support to team members.

Requirements

A successful Business Transformation Manager should have:

  • Food or Beverage Manufacturing experience.
  • A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing transformational projects within the FMCG industry; food manufacturing greatly preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Data-driven problem-solving skills, with an inquisitive aptitude and strategic thinking.
  • Experience with project management from full life-cycle.
