About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Change Analyst to join our team at Dartford and Gravesham NHS Trust. As a key member of our digital transformation programme, you will play a vital role in supporting the successful deployment of new clinical systems for the maternity and neonatal services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mapping and planning clinical pathways for new software configuration
  • Managing the benefits of projects, ensuring they are delivered and monitored effectively
  • Engaging with stakeholders and managing their expectations
  • Supporting the Trust's compliance with national clinical risk management safety standards
  • Capturing and escalating project risks and issues
  • Developing and delivering training materials and face-to-face training sessions
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Business Change Analyst, ideally in the NHS or healthcare sector
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, with a high level of organization and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of project management processes and MS Office products
