We are seeking a highly skilled Business Transformation Specialist to join our team at Dartford and Gravesham NHS Trust. As a key member of our digital transformation programme, you will play a crucial role in the successful deployment of new clinical systems for the maternity and neonatal services.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide support to the analysis, development, and delivery of business change activities required for the successful deployment of new clinical systems. This will involve ensuring that all clinical pathways are mapped and new software configuration is planned and implemented accordingly.

You will also be responsible for managing the benefits of the projects, ensuring that they are appropriately delivered and monitored. Additionally, you will engage with stakeholders, support the activities necessary to ensure compliance with national clinical risk management safety standards, and capture, escalate, and support the management of project risks and issues.

This role may also involve involvement in the development and implementation of system testing activities, as well as providing support and resource to ensure that localised training materials are produced and delivered.
