Your expertise in RTT, Diagnostics, and theatre data will help us manage and recover our elective services more effectively. You will be responsible for analysing and interpreting complex data to provide actionable insights that enhance patient care and operational efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and interpret complex data to provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with our Academy colleagues to ensure data-driven decisions.
  • Support the digital roadmap and data transformation initiatives.
  • Help to identify and quantify benchmarking opportunities and productivity assessments.
  • Lead efforts to create a data-rich environment that fosters rapid decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in elective care analytics, particularly RTT, Diagnostics, and theatre data.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey insights and drive change.
  • A forward-thinking mindset to support our ambition of becoming a truly data-driven organization by 2030.

£48,270 to £54,931 a year per annum inclusive of allowances.
