Internal Account Manager

Are you a skilled communicator with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? We're seeking an Internal Account Manager to join our team at Coveris, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders, quotations, and CAD requirements efficiently and effectively.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal departments to resolve queries and complaints.
  • Work independently and seek guidance from management as needed.
  • Input and feedback customer information, ensuring accurate and timely communication.
  • Pre-empt and resolve issues through effective communication and negotiation.
  • Manage stock levels and alert the External Account Manager to potential non-recoverable stock write-off costs.
  • Maintain accurate customer pricing and ensure invoice information conforms to contract agreements.
  • Plan and manage workload, proactively addressing critical path timings and potential activity impacts.
  • Understand operational models and constraints to ensure effective delivery of redesign lines.
