As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for achieving set revenue targets within a designated geographical area, promoting products and services, and gathering and feeding back on competitor and market information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve set revenue targets within a geographical area
- Promote products and services to existing customers
- Gather and feed back on competitor and market information
- Prioritise and manage daily workload
- Attend sales meetings and prepare requested information
- Complete weekly sales reports
- Follow up leads generated through marketing activity
What We Offer:
As a Sales Account Manager at Advancing People, you will be rewarded for your sales performance, with a realistic OTE of £35K - £45K. You will also have access to a range of benefits, including 22 days holiday per year, Christmas shutdown, and the option to buy up to 5 days per year. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate in a healthcare cash plan, group life assurance, and auto-enrolment in a pension scheme.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have existing sales or account management experience, and be able to work in a sales-focused retail setting. You will also need to be able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, and have a strong understanding of business development principles.
