Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders, quotations, and CAD requirements efficiently and effectively.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries, complaints, and issues.
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Manage stock levels, alerting the External Account Manager to potential non-recoverable stock write-off costs.
- Ensure customer pricing is accurate and invoices conform to customer contract agreements.
- Plan and manage workload, proactively addressing critical path timings for launches and keeping the Supervisor or Office Manager informed.
- Understand the operational model and constraints to ensure effective delivery of redesign lines, particularly during peak periods.
- Maintain up-to-date 'housekeeping' and complete invoicing within 2 working days of despatch.
Person Specification:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Great attention to detail and project management skills.
- Strategic and innovative thinking, with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Organized and calm under pressure, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Professional appearance and a clean driving license (advantageous).
