Internal Account Manager

Job Summary:
As an Internal Account Manager at Coveris, you will be responsible for ensuring that all customer orders, quotations, and CAD requirements are processed efficiently and effectively. You will be the focal point for all customer contact, receiving and acting on communications, and informing colleagues and customers of any developments.
Key Responsibilities:
- To process customer orders, quotations, and CAD requirements as quickly and efficiently as possible.
- To be the focal point for all customer contact, receiving and acting on communications.
- To inform colleagues and customers of any developments in activities.
- To work independently and seek guidance from Manager/Supervisor/other departments when necessary.
- To input and feed back to customers, details of work in progress, using the daily production plan.
- To effectively manage stock levels and alert the External Account Manager to any potential non-recoverable stock write off costs.
- To ensure that customer pricing is effectively maintained and the accuracy of information appearing on invoices.
- To understand the operational model and constraints to ensure effective delivery of redesign lines.
- To ensure that the 'housekeeping' is up to date.
- To provide cover for answering phones as and when reception requires and provide back up to colleagues on their accounts during periods of absence.
