We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join our team at Premises Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for overseeing all commercial aspects of our business, including managing client relationships, contracts, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Management: Negotiate, review, and manage contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure favourable terms and compliance with legal and commercial standards.
  • Financial Oversight: Monitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure financial targets are met. Work closely with the finance team to forecast revenues, manage cash flow, and assess financial risks.
  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of our company's commercial strategy, identifying market opportunities, and driving business growth.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of commercial professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential commercial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring our company's interests are protected.
  • Market Analysis: Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Commercial Manager, ideally within the construction, manufacturing, or related industries, with a focus on ceiling or internal products.
  • Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
