**About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across the UK and EU.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities across the UK and EU
- Prepare action plans, gather data, and schedules to identify target markets
- Prepare and maintain a master report of all activities, including daily activities, leads, follow-ups, closings, future prospects, and adherence goals
- Cold calling, visiting clients, business networking, generating leads using business relationships and business intelligence tools
- Daily reporting to the General Manager on tasks accomplished
**Requirements:
- At least 3-4 years of experience in UK and EU recruitment
- Ability to work independently to get clients and manage relationships with them, ensuring their requirements are met by the back-end team
- Ability to generate leads and attend client meetings
- Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and ability to perform sourcing
