Overview: Our client is seeking a skilled Reception Specialist with a minimum of 6 months of experience in a distinguished legal environment to join their team.

Role Responsibilities: You will be instrumental in providing assistance to both legal and administrative teams within the organization. Your duties will encompass a variety of administrative functions, including both routine and project-based tasks.

Key Duties:

  • Manage and prioritize incoming requests received through the administrative communication channels.
  • Deliver comprehensive administrative support across all departments, which includes, but is not limited to:
    • Conducting thorough proofreading of documents.

Team Collaboration: As a vital member of the reception team, you will work closely with receptionists from various locations to ensure seamless operations.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to team efforts by being adaptable and ready to provide assistance whenever required.
  • Oversee the maintenance of shared kitchen facilities, ensuring that client refreshments and coffee supplies are adequately stocked.
  • Uphold cleanliness and organization by regularly checking that meeting rooms and reception areas are tidy and presentable.
