Sales Administrator

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited. As a Sales Administrator, you will provide administrative support to our sales team, ensuring the smooth operation of our bespoke lighting and decorations business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing orders and deliveries, tracking inventory levels, and assisting with customer support inquiries and issues.
- Liaise with external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including orders, deliveries, and customer support issues.
- Assist with the maintenance of our company's operating system, including product maintenance and customer details.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the lighting and decorations industry.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 8:30am - 5:00pm, Friday: 4:30pm finish.
