Administrative Assistant/Receptionist Role

Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our team in the Bromley office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both physical and digital.

• Participate in lunch and holiday cover, as well as telephone rota duties, to ensure seamless support.

• Assist with ad-hoc duties and tasks as required, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.

Requirements:

• Strong literacy, numeracy, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.

• Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and priorities, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
