Job Title: Office Manager

Bright Side Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to join their team. As a key member of the construction and roofing specialist business, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a smooth workflow, and supporting the administrative needs of the business and construction team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the general management of the office environment, including coordination with suppliers and sub-contracted partners.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensure the office is organized, and all filing is up to date.
  • Assist with document preparation, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Support the Director and construction team with project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, clients, and suppliers for project documentation and payments.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in office management, gained from within a construction-related industry.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with construction management software is a plus.
