Position Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for Supportive Care Assistants within our children's residential facilities. We are seeking individuals who are compassionate and dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of children and young people.
Key Information
- Full-time and flexible contracts available
- Competitive hourly wage ranging from £11.59 to £12.23, plus additional sleep-in payments (£30.00 per sleep-in, based on 8-10 sleep-ins monthly)
- Generous annual leave entitlement
- Monthly work schedule provided
- This role requires working on holidays, including Christmas and New Year, which can be rewarding as you celebrate with the children
- Shifts involve long hours and necessary sleep-ins, with variations depending on the specific residential home
- Applicants must be at least 21 years old due to regulatory requirements
- Driving license is essential due to the locations of our homes
- No prior experience is required
