About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Real Life Options. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with varying levels of learning disabilities and Autism to live an independent and fulfilling life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist individuals with daily living tasks, including domestic services, social support, personal care, support with medication, and meal preparation.
  • Provide support and assistance to individuals with varying levels of learning disabilities and Autism.
  • Work collaboratively with the support team to ensure the highest level of care and support is provided.
  • Participate in sleep-ins and cover shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a care or support role is desirable, although full training will be provided.
  • A DBS check is required for this role.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
  • Car driver desirable.
