About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at DPS Group. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of technical projects, ensuring all works are carried out to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily operations within the project department, ensuring project timescales are met within a safe and accurate fashion.
  • Manage the project department financials, ensuring departments are working within budget, monitoring changes across all projects.
  • Identify and mitigate risks in the project.
  • Drive innovation within the project departments, reviewing processes and identifying improvements as the business develops and grows.
  • Build and develop positive relationships with a wide range of customers, be primary contact for projects within your area.
  • Identify opportunities for new business and opportunities for growth within current clients.
  • Effective management and planning input to the overall programme interfaces with other projects and contribute to the coordination of third-party stakeholders as required.
Requirements
  • Electrical Engineer/Electronic Engineer/Control Systems Engineer/Mechatronics degree qualified or equivalent experience with recognized Apprenticeship.
  • Demonstrable experience delivering EC&I Projects.
  • Experience in delivering projects to a high standard.
  • Stakeholder management experience.
  • IOSH Managing Safely (preferred).
  • ECS H&S card (preferred).
  • Asbestos Awareness (preferred).
  • First Aid (preferred).
