Stock Administrator, Bond Street

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock Administrator to join our team at Cartier Bond Street. As a key member of our boutique team, you will be responsible for the daily management of our cash-desk and stock procedures.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Daily Cash-Desk Management
Ensure the accurate application and reliability of all financial procedures, including opening and closing cash-desk procedures, executing payments, and following up on deposits, VAT-off sales, and refunds.
Provide cash-desk reports and exchange information with the financial back office, while controlling the daily balance of the cash-desk.
2. Daily Stock Management
Manage all stock transfers, control the quality of stock transfers, and manage client reservations, consignments, and omni-channel orders from a stock management perspective.
3. Inventories
Manage the annual count, cycle count, and spot counts, as well as additional inventories as requested (certificates, stones, etc.).
4. Compliance
Ensure that cash-desk and stock handling procedures are in line with all compliance procedures and rules, and share updates with the teams.
Requirements:
Fluent English
Fluent English is required, with a native speaker or excellent level of conversational and written language (including spelling aptitude).
Client Service-Oriented
Client service-oriented with luxury industry experience.
Administrative Experience
Experience in an administrative role and aptitude for organization.
Technical Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, knowledgeable about Watchmaking and Jewelry techniques, and Cartier products. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook, with SAP experience beneficial.
