Stock Controller

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Stock Controller to join our team at Moncler's Bond Street locations. As a key member of our back-of-house operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of our stockroom and inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver warehouse operations with the highest standards of efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring timely availability of products for clients.
- Organize and maintain stockroom efficiently, monitor product rotations, new arrivals, and changes, enabling sales teams to provide excellent client service.
- Manage stock cyclic counts, inventories, and stock room maintenance, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Participate in operative activities to ensure store efficiency and adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Collaborate with the store team to strengthen the Company's community and drive innovation as a team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a structured fashion luxury/retail company or warehouse operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Autonomy and independence, with a methodical approach and good attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with digital awareness and flexibility to best practices.
