**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Team Coordinator at Paragon Personnel. As a key member of our Investment Banking team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Junior Bankers and other teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Schedule internal meetings and coordinate conference calls

• Arrange travel and book travel visas

• Process expenses and maintain accurate records

• Develop strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Utilize excellent interpersonal and communication skills to present information clearly

• Demonstrate proactive and quick thinking in a high-pressure environment

• Prioritize tasks and use initiative to complete projects efficiently

• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

• Remain composed under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances

**Requirements**

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proficiency in using own initiative and prioritizing tasks

• Familiarity with confidentiality and handling sensitive information
