Junior Project Coordinator - Consultancy

We are currently seeking a Junior Project Coordinator to join our esteemed team at Stafford Lawrence. This role is based within a reputable and expanding Multidisciplinary Consultancy.

The successful candidate will be engaged in a full-time, permanent capacity, contributing to a variety of projects across different sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the management of large-scale construction initiatives, including but not limited to Healthcare, Mixed-Use, Commercial, and Residential projects.
  • Collaborate closely with a Senior Project Manager, providing support from project inception through to completion, while overseeing contractor activities.
  • Utilize Project Management software tools such as Asta Power Project or MS Project to facilitate project tracking and reporting.
  • Mentor junior members of the project management team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within a Construction Consultancy environment.
  • Possession of a degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering is preferred.
  • Membership in a professional body such as MCIOB, MAPM, or MRICS is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to the successful delivery of construction projects.
