Practice Development Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practice Development Nurse to join our team at Central London Community Health Trust. As a key member of our 0-19 Child Health service, you will play a vital role in supporting the career development of clinical staff and promoting high standards of care.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with the Academy team and Locality Manager to plan, implement, and evaluate staff development initiatives.
- Coordinate and embed learning and development programs to ensure staff are competent and capable in their roles.
- Identify learning needs, plan, and implement training programs, and continuously evaluate staff competence.
- Promote high standards of care through clinical expertise and facilitate a positive learning environment.
- Support the induction, education, and continuing professional development of nursing staff.
- Registered Nurse with SCPHN qualification (Health Visitor) and a Master's degree or equivalent.
- Significant senior experience in 0-19 child health services and previous experience in practice development.
- Clinical leadership training and evidence of continuing personal and professional development.
- Experience in taking forward clinical and service change, working in a changing and uncertain environment, and delivering on development initiatives.
