Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the sales team is equipped with the necessary tools, training, and resources to succeed in the commercial aviation sales environment.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, set performance metrics, and track the team's achievements against objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and other internal teams to align sales efforts with company goals and objectives.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management.
  • Continuously assess the effectiveness of sales processes and identify areas for improvement or innovation in the aerospace sales process.
  • Lead contract negotiations and close deals that align with the company's goals and profitability standards.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience of 4-6 years in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role in the aerospace industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive high performance in a sales team.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, processes, and techniques to achieve sales targets in the commercial aviation sector.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales performance tracking software.
