Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our Bluewater boutique. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the store, staff, merchandise, and customer service, ensuring the highest standards of operational and merchandising excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Profit and Sales Generation:

  • Meet sales goals and analyze sales reports to determine business strategies.
  • Set individual sales goals for Fragrance Consultants and motivate them to meet assigned sales and productivity goals.
  • Support the development of Fragrance Consultants' techniques and ensure they are fluent in all aspects of product knowledge.
  • Demonstrate sales leadership by playing an active role on the selling floor.

Customer Service:

  • Ensure all Fragrance Consultants provide exceptional customer service.
  • Manage client communication and resolve client problems and complaints quickly and effectively.
  • Assist Fragrance Consultants with customer service issues and empower them to make decisions in the customer's best interest.

Operations:

  • Ensure staffing levels and work schedules to ensure appropriate floor coverage.
  • Look after risk management, physical security, store cash controls, and inventory management.
  • Deliver team member training in register usage and maintenance.

Merchandising/Visual:

  • Implement merchandising directives and ensure effective merchandising strategies.
  • Partner with operations, logistics, and product teams to ensure appropriate assortment for the store.
  • Ensure the selling floor is neat, clean, and organized, reflecting the correct visual image.

Human Resources:

  • Recruit, train, and develop team members, ensuring all positions are filled in a timely manner with the right candidate.
  • Implement and provide follow-up for all training programs to develop Fragrance Consultants.
  • Continually evaluate the performance of each Fragrance Consultant and provide feedback to ensure results.

  • Results-oriented with the ability to evaluate business data to drive results.
  • Effective problem solver with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Influencing negotiator with the ability to lead others to action.
  • Experience in a fast-paced sales environment with excellent customer service skills.
