Key Responsibilities

Profit and Sales Generation:

  • Meet sales goals and objectives, analyzing sales reports and data to drive business strategies.
  • Set individual sales goals for Fragrance Consultants, ensuring alignment with store business objectives.
  • Motivate sales team members to meet assigned sales and productivity goals, providing coaching and feedback.
  • Develop Fragrance Consultants' selling techniques, ensuring they are fluent in product knowledge.
  • Demonstrate sales leadership on the selling floor, driving results and customer satisfaction.

Customer Service:

  • Ensure Fragrance Consultants provide exceptional customer service, maintaining client relationships and communication.
  • Manage client databases, utilizing information to increase sales and client contact.
  • Resolve client problems and complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Assist Fragrance Consultants with customer service issues, such as dissatisfied customers and returns.
  • Organize special events, including collection previews, client events, and sales events.

Operations:

  • Ensure staffing levels and work schedules meet floor coverage requirements.
  • Manage risk, physical security, store cash controls, and inventory management.
  • Deliver team member training on register usage and maintenance.
  • Execute management register functions, participate in bi-annual inventories, and manage cash control procedures.

Merchandising/Visual:

  • Implement merchandising directives and execute effective merchandising strategies.
  • Partner with operations, logistics, and product teams to ensure appropriate assortment for the store.
  • Maintain a neat, clean, and organized selling floor, reflecting the correct visual image.
  • Ensure display, fixture, and visual area presentation aligns with current visual direction.
  • Identify and communicate product concerns in a timely manner.

Human Resources:

  • Recruit, train, and develop team members, ensuring all positions are filled in a timely manner.
  • Implement and follow up on training programs, seminars, and development opportunities for Fragrance Consultants.
  • Evaluate Fragrance Consultant performance, providing constant feedback to ensure results.
  • Resolve human resources issues promptly and effectively, partnering with HR when necessary.
