Guildford, Surrey, United Kingdom Academics Ltd Full time £80 - £85
Position Overview
Are you committed to showcasing the importance of education for at-risk youth who have faced significant challenges and trauma?

About the Organization
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Youth Support Officer to join our specialized educational institution. Our focus is on supporting students with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs, who often exhibit challenging behaviors.

Our Mission
Our institution is dedicated to addressing the educational, social, and therapeutic requirements of our students, prioritizing their overall happiness and well-being. We strive to create an environment where students can excel academically, socially, and emotionally.

Role Description
This position offers invaluable restorative experience in challenging environments, making it an ideal opportunity for those considering careers in rehabilitation, probation, or youth support services.

You will play a crucial role in providing stability and equipping youth with the necessary tools to feel safe, secure, and empowered, instilling a belief in their potential for success.

Candidate Profile
- Passionate about supporting youth in reaching their full potential
- Comprehensive on-site training, support, and continuous professional development will be provided to ensure the safety and well-being of all students
- Competitive daily rate offered
- No prior experience is required

We encourage interested candidates to explore this rewarding opportunity.
