Job Title: Medical Support Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Support Officer to join our team at eTeach UK Limited. As a Medical Support Officer, you will play a vital role in providing medical support to students, staff, and visitors to our school. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the health and wellbeing of our students, while also maintaining a safe and healthy environment for everyone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to medical emergencies and administer medication as needed
  • Implement and maintain the school's medical policy and procedures
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop medical plans for students with specific needs
  • Collaborate with the co-Medical Officer to ensure effective medical support
  • Provide accurate and compliant information to staff to support student health and wellbeing

Requirements:

  • Trained first aider with experience in medical support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and Health & Safety procedures
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
