About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Surgical First Assistants to join our team at Greenstaff Medical. As a Surgical First Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care and support to medical teams
  • Assist in surgical procedures and maintain a safe and clean environment
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical professionals
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices
Requirements
  • Valid NMC PIN and completed preceptorship for newly qualified nurses
  • 6 months of proven experience as a Surgical First Assistant
  • Valid right to work in the UK (Sponsorship not provided)
  • Proof of vaccinations/immunity
  • Enhanced DBS check on the update service
  • Proof of Mandatory training aligned to the Skills for Health UK CSTF standards
  • 2x Clinical References
