Key Responsibilities of a Therapeutic Support Worker:
• Cultivating a caring and stimulating environment tailored to the developmental needs of young people.
• Planning and facilitating activities that promote learning and integration within the home.
• Monitoring and documenting the progress, achievements, and significant life events of young individuals.
• Collaborating with local authorities to ensure exceptional care.
• Building positive relationships with parents and caregivers to support the development of young people.
• Demonstrating flexibility in daily tasks, including domestic responsibilities within the home.

Requirements for the Therapeutic Support Worker Role:

Valid Driving License:
A valid driving license is essential due to the remote locations of our facilities.

Passionate and Energetic:

We are looking for individuals who are genuinely passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of young people and who bring enthusiasm to their daily work.

While not mandatory, possessing an NVQ Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or a related field would be beneficial.
