We are in search of an enthusiastic Client Relationship Manager to become part of our team. The ideal candidate will be tasked with overseeing customer inquiries, delivering prompt and professional responses, and optimizing sales opportunities while adhering to our organizational values and standards. This position demands exceptional communication abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to excel in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer inquiries through various communication channels
  • Deliver timely and professional responses to inquiries, maximizing sales potential
  • Draft and dispatch quotations, following up as needed to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Identify new business opportunities and stay informed about market trends and competitors
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve collective objectives
  • Comply with company and regulatory policies, processes, and procedures
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge

Compensation Package:
