Job Title: Senior Account Handler

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Handler to join our team at NFP, an Aon company (Europe). As a key member of our commercial insurance team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and technical expertise to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, providing tailored advice and solutions to meet their unique needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and providing proactive support to ensure their insurance needs are met.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver seamless client service, including sales, underwriting, and claims teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes, ensuring our clients receive the best possible advice and guidance.
  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities, identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities to drive growth and revenue.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in commercial insurance, with a strong understanding of cross-class commercial insurance classes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong technical knowledge of insurance products and services, with the ability to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
