Job Title: Insurance Senior Account Handler

We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Senior Account Handler to join our team at NFP, an Aon company (Europe).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer client insurance requirements, including general enquiries, renewals, mid-term adjustments, and quotations.
  • Act as a technical referral point within the commercial team, providing guidance to less experienced team members.
  • Assist clients with claims and offer exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Hold a good knowledge of cross-class commercial insurance classes.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a Commercial Insurance Broking environment.
  • Positive approach and excellent communication skills.
