We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Senior Account Handler to join our team at NFP, an Aon company (Europe). As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and ensuring the smooth administration of client insurance requirements.

• Administer client insurance requirements, including general enquiries, renewals, mid-term adjustments, and obtaining quotations.
• Act as a technical referral point within the commercial team, providing guidance and support to less experienced team members.
• Assist clients with claims and provide a high level of customer service.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

• A good knowledge of cross-class commercial insurance classes.
• A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a commercial insurance broking environment.
