Account Management Lead

The Central Date Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the client creation, onboarding processes, and management of permissions within the organization. p>
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Lead and manage the central admin team, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure optimal performance and professional development.
- Client Creation: Coordinate and oversee the process of creating new client accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Permissions Management: Oversee the granting and revoking of user permissions, ensuring that clients have appropriate access to necessary resources and information.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of client creation, onboarding, and permissions processes, implementing improvements as needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as IT, Compliance, and Customer Service, to address client needs and resolve any issues related to account setup and access.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on the status of client accounts, onboarding progress, and permissions management, providing insights to senior management.
- Compliance: Ensure that all client creation and onboarding activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Training End Users: Develop and deliver training programs for end users at acquired sites, ensuring they are proficient in using the company's systems and understand their permissions and access rights.
- Strong understanding of client onboarding processes and permissions management.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency with CCH and other relevant software and systems (e.g., CRM, ERP).
- High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
