FY Recruitment, a distinguished global consultancy, is seeking a Project Management Coordinator to provide essential support to the Leadership and Succession Planning team. This role is ideal for a skilled professional with a strong background in project coordination and executive assistance.

Role Overview

The Project Management Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless execution of Leadership and Succession assignments. Responsibilities will encompass comprehensive project management, client and candidate relationship oversight, the production of high-quality documentation, and effective diary management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project management and coordination of consulting initiatives, tailoring services to meet diverse client needs.
  • Assist consulting professionals in delivering services, including executive assessments, coaching programs, and succession planning projects.
  • Manage complex diaries and coordinate logistics for assessments, including scheduling interviews and arranging travel.
  • Utilize a bespoke database to maintain client and candidate information, document meeting notes, and generate reports.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Exhibit exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all communications and documentation.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook for document creation and presentation formatting.
  • Submit timely and compliant expense reports and manage client billing processes.
  • Provide general support to the team as required.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum A level qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience in a corporate environment with project management exposure is advantageous.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to perform under pressure while engaging with various stakeholders.
  • Extensive experience in diary management across multiple time zones.
  • Capability to present strategic issues and solutions clearly to consultants and managers.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a consultancy or client-focused professional services firm.
  • Strong background in a PA or EA role within client-centric organizations.
