We are seeking a skilled Project Management Coordinator to support our Leadership and Succession Planning team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the effective execution of various projects within a prestigious global consultancy.
Role Overview
The Project Management Coordinator will play a crucial role in facilitating the seamless operation of assignments, which involves comprehensive project oversight, client and candidate relationship management, and the preparation of high-quality documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the consulting project lifecycle, ensuring an understanding of each client's unique requirements while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Assist consulting professionals in delivering services, which may encompass executive assessments, coaching initiatives, and succession planning efforts.
- Manage complex scheduling and logistics for assessments, including coordination of interviews, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Utilize our proprietary database to maintain client and candidate records, document meeting notes, and generate reports.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Exhibit exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all communications and documentation.
- Demonstrate proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook for document creation and presentation formatting.
- Prepare and submit expense reports in compliance with company policies and manage client billing processes.
- Provide general support to the team as required.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of A level qualification or equivalent.
- Experience in a corporate setting with project management responsibilities is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to cultivate relationships across all organizational levels.
- Proven ability to thrive under pressure while managing both internal and external stakeholders.
- Extensive experience in diary management across various time zones.
- Ability to clearly articulate strategic issues and propose solutions to team members.
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience in a consultancy or client-focused professional services environment.
- Demonstrated experience in a PA or EA role within client-centric organizations.
