We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Cavendish Professionals. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver projects from initiation to closure, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and maintain project programmes for all schemes in MS Project, using knowledge and experience to make judgements regarding modifying the project programme to deal with risks, opportunities, and variances.
- Prioritise workload and competing elements and activities of multiple projects to ensure delivery to timescales agreed.
- Comply with company health and safety policy and defined standards and processes when managing and delivering projects, undertake risk assessments, report incidents, accidents, and near misses where appropriate.
- Support Site Managers, or line management and motivation of less experienced members of the team, and assist effective communication of relevant business issues.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Project Manager, Agent/Sub Agent, or similar.
- CSCS, SMSTS, and 2x References.
- Relevant experience within water, civils, and piling.
