Overview of the Position

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals with a strong customer orientation to become part of our team. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer support during the hours of 19:00 to 23:00 Monday to Friday and 17:00 to 23:00 on Weekends and Bank Holidays.

The ideal candidate will take charge of customer interactions and ensure that clients are kept updated on the status of their inquiries, maintaining a high standard of service throughout.

Additionally, you will be expected to perform administrative tasks to assist your colleagues across the organization and participate in a standby rotation as required.

Comprehensive training and support will be provided to equip you with the necessary skills, including a minimum of 3 weeks of full-time, classroom-based training.

Our current operational model is hybrid, allowing for a combination of remote and office work.

The selected candidate will need to be adaptable, as we operate 7 days a week, including bank holidays.
