Lucid Connect Ltd specializes in business transformation, collaborating with leading organizations across various sectors. Our expertise spans Cloud and Datacentre solutions, Modern Workplace innovations, Cybersecurity measures, Digital Workspace enhancements, and Managed Services.

We are seeking skilled Technical Architects to deliver strategic consultancy. Candidates should possess an innovative approach, staying abreast of emerging technologies and demonstrating the ability to understand customer perspectives.

In this position, you will collaborate with Solution Architecture and Project Delivery teams to develop comprehensive designs that align with client needs, translating these designs into effective solutions when necessary.

Your role will also involve conducting thorough assessments of existing IT services, transforming insights into detailed reports that highlight key improvement opportunities and outline a roadmap for implementation.

This diverse position will require a blend of working from our client's headquarters, remote work, and occasional travel to client locations as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Sale Activities:

  • Collaborate with the Solution Architecture team to develop a detailed Cost Model during client engagement proposals.
  • Support the Solution Architecture team in workshops by providing expertise on specific technologies.

Post-Sale Activities:

  • Conduct technical discovery assessments to gain in-depth insights into client environments.
  • Perform peer reviews of Statements of Work (SOWs) and Cost Models.
  • Serve as the technical authority, overseeing and governing large-scale transformation projects.
  • Engage in Technical Account Management and contribute to strategic roadmaps for assigned clients.
  • Generate both high-level and low-level technical design documentation as required, ensuring adherence to industry best practices during implementation.
  • Act as the technical authority on the company's solution portfolio.
  • Translate solution designs into Technical Architecture documentation.
  • Conduct technical design workshops during the post-sale design phase.
  • Perform scoping activities and create Project Scopes outlining deliverables.
  • Develop Low-Level Design Documents and associated Functional and UAT Test Plans.
  • Assist the Project Management Office in translating deliverables into Project Plans as necessary.
  • Present Technical Architecture documentation to clients alongside the Project Management Office to facilitate project scheduling.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the Technical Consulting team throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with architectural standards and best practices.

Deep understanding of technical complexities, migration methodologies, and a successful track record in delivering complex enterprise-level projects.

Strong problem-solving abilities, with a talent for creatively addressing technical challenges.

Client-focused mindset, adept at understanding client needs and translating them into effective technical solutions.

Excellent time management skills and attention to detail, with the capacity to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.

Demonstrated expertise in leading customer meetings, engaging in technical discussions, and meticulously documenting environmental information.

Proven experience in technical architecture engagements and successful low-level design of solutions.

For a Cloud-focused Technical Architect role, certification at the Architect level in Microsoft Azure Cloud, along with industry accreditations such as Microsoft AZ-104 and AZ-305, is required.
